We read the story "ticking clocks - time for class" and made our recycling clocks  

 Who will be the first to place on his board the shapes shown by his card? Each child sees on a separate card in which squares the shapes are placed and quickly tries to place the shapes he has on his own card.

  The children dramatized a story we made with the help of ChatGPT entitled: "Mr. Apple is looking for the other half". In search of the other half, he went through a forest, a river and a garden where he finally managed to find the other half. Half-full-quarter concept

Rhythm and body percussion in mathematics are innovative approaches that make the learning process both enjoyable and tangible. These methods, especially by concretizing abstract mathematical concepts, help students understand more easily and increase their motivation to learn.  

  After discussing the clock and the time we do different things in kindergarten and at home (eating time, sleeping time, break time, etc.) we made a large clock using the large round table we have in our classroom as well as individual clocks from paper cups!!

We created our time-recycling clock, we learned financial skills and simple addition. We played our cooperative game: "Math explorers on the island".

  We learned half-full-quarter concept, how to measure, geometric shapes. We played games using maths and coding and number object graph.

We created our math center and counted rythmically. We played matching, grouping and sorting games by numbers.
